With Direct Messages you can send personalized messages just like how you send an email (with a limit of 300 characters). You can share your contact details, email or any other details. This is sent as a message to users and this directly lands in requests inbox, thus getting your attention. It's the best way to contact members and get more responses.
You can send unlimited likes. For messages, there is a cap at 50 direct messages per day. This cap is to ensure there is no profuse spamming.

You are free to upload your photo to your profile. However, our statistics reveal that adding a photo to your profile increases the number of times your profile is viewed by 10x times and certainly gets more responses.
To add a photograph, follow the steps outlined below:
Select a photograph that is bright and colorful. Select a photograph that is preferably taken outdoors, in the natural light. Also, if possible, select a close-up or a full view snap. Try not to choose a group photograph where you are only a small part of the whole photo. Lastly, choose the photo that brings out your features.

Sometimes some online transactions can get stuck due to technical glitches between websites - payment gateways - banks. We periodically look for such issues and upgrade accounts in backend. If you have made payment via credit card or Paytm wallet, you can go to Settings > My Orders > Manage Payments and review if you have paid for recurring subscription. If you have a recurring subscription, you will find an option on ‘Subscription Active’ from where you can cancel the same. If there is no option to cancel or the next renewal does not show any date, then there would be no renewal charges to your credit card or Paytm wallet.
